king bed, small bath and a kitchenette with small sink, mini fridge,
microwave, coffee pot, table with 2 chairs and we give them dishes
and silverware. This can open up to the large community kitchen.
The front door opens right out on the pool deck.

efficiency with a king bed in master bedroom with big full bath that
has a separate shower and jetted tub. It has a living area that has
small fridge, microwave, coffeepot and dishes/silverware we
provide. This is on the 2nd floor and down the inside
stairs goes to the big community kitchen. Villas #16 and #27 can be
turned into the townhouse.
